Refunds, Exchanges, and Returns
- We are sorry, but there are no returns, refunds or exchanges on kits, patterns, books, gift items, and batting – if you would like to exchange an unopened notion (if it is still sealed in original packaging) we may help you with this if done within 2 weeks of purchase and with receipt from ThimbleCreek.
- We are unable to take any returns on fabric.
Class Supply List
- There is a Supply List for every class taught at ThimbleCreek. It is available on our website or you may pick it up in the store; or send us a SASE so the Supply List may be mailed to you. Please be prepared with all supplies purchased (unless notified otherwise) before attending class.
Class Policy
- You may sign-up for a class in person, on-line, Fax, or over the phone and charge it on a M/C, Visa, or A/E credit card. If we cancel a class, we will refund your money or issue a credit. You may cancel up to five days in advance of a class for a store credit for most classes. Those classes where the teacher is coming from Out-Of-State you can cancel up to a month in advance for a store credit. After that, there is a no refund, no credit cancellation policy. If you find you are unable to attend, you may transfer your spot to a friend. We must be notified if a transfer is to take place.
- During class, please turn off your cell phone.
Discount Policy
- To all our customers, we offer a Fabric card on which we stamp all non-sale fabric. When you card is fully stamped, you will receive $20 off your purchase.
- For Quilt Guild members we are pleased to offer a 10% discount – please present your membership card at time of purchase.
