Diablo Valley Quilters, Danville
This organization was founded in 1983 as a non-profit public benefit corporation formed to preserve and continue the traditions, culture, and history of quilting. We hope to promote friendship among those interested in quilting and to contribute to the knowledge and appreciation of fine quilts. We sponsor and support quilting activities, encourage quilt making and collecting, and contribute to the growth of our members as quilt makers through educational meetings and programs. 

General Meeting is held on the third Wednesday of the month, 7:00 pm Social, 7:30 pm Program, Danville Congregational Church 989 San Ramon Valley Blvd. Danville, Ca.

Guild of Quilters of Contra Costa County, Pleasant Hill
Founded in 1973, is the oldest quilt guild in California. Our 300+ member guild is dedicated to preserving the tradition of quilting. We support projects that promote the continuation of quilt arts, educate and entertain our members with presentations from quilt-world experts, and contribute to our community through philanthropic activities.

Delta Quilters, Antioch
Established in 1989, Delta Quilters guild is dedicated to the preservation and
continuance of the art of quilting. We contribute to the growth of our members as quilt makers through workshops, retreats, special local and international known guest speakers, community partnerships with local non-profit organizations, an extensive book library, hosting an annual quilt show and of course our monthly meetings. Membership in the Delta Quilters is open to all who share a common interest and passion in quilting. Ask for a copy of our monthly newsletter.

Monthly general meetings are held on the second Monday of the month, 7PM. Workshops are held on the fourth Monday of the month, 6PM. Amador Valley Quilters, Pleasanton
Membership in the Amador Valley Quilters is open to all who share an interest in quilting. Members enjoy monthly meetings and special events, receive a monthly newsletter, have use of an extensive library including books and patterns, and receive discounts on purchases from many of our affiliate members.

The Valley Stitchers Guild, Pleasant Hill

The Valley Stitchers Guild will present Jean Cacicedo on Monday, November 5, 2007. Jean Cacicedo is a nationally renowned textile artist. She will speak about her adventures as the "Queen of Shrink" in felted wool. The Guild meets at 10:00am at the Faith Lutheran Church, 50 Woodsworth Lane, Pleasant Hill.
